Tonight I went for a 22 minute walk and it was quite relaxing after a stressful day at work. I did notice that with being so overweight that my hips were very sore but I kept walking and giving myself my own little cheer to myself. "Mandy you can do it!" I also need to make an appointment with the foot doctor because I think I have a bone spur. Oh Joy!

Great job! I need to start back walking again. I have a foot problem that keeps me from walking like I'd like to (or more importantly, like I NEED to)

That is what I tell myself....one step at a time...one lb at a time. Wish there was a quick easy way!
